Cancellation and 'No Show' Policy: A 24 hour notice must be provided for cancellations. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, regardless of the reason, will result in the billing of your credit card on file for 50% of the fees for the scheduled appointment(s). If the service is part of a package or prepaid, it will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals: In order for us to provide the best customer service experience to all of our clients, all appointments will still finish at their scheduled time. Should a client arrive 15 minutes after the start of their appointment, this will be considered a 'No Show' and will incur the cancellation fee.
