There is a $150 one-time Initiation Fee and a 12-month commitment.
A monthly membership fee of $75 will be charged the 1st of each month, which acts as a spa credit for the services listed above. Unused credit does not rollover into the following month. Membership services are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Any appointment not kept or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited as a no show appointment.
